  In June 2017, I went to Lee Bankruptcy to inquire about filing bankruptcy to help with my distressed situation. During the first meeting, Mr. Ramirez instructed I didn't need bankruptcy. He said I could clear up the small things on my own, but since a foreclosure was being illegally reported on my credit report, I could sue the bank. He advised he was going to send a letter to Chase Bank to remove the foreclosure reporting and said if it wasn't removed in 30 days "he would love to sue Chase Bank". Mr. Ramirez gave me hope that my nightmare would end. Well, nothing happened. Apparently, no letter was sent to the bank as they show never receiving a letter from him. I also could not get Mr. Ramirez to return my phone calls. After calling multiple times, I was finally told by Kim Myers that my account was transferred to a Mr. Reaves. He requested I send him my updated credit reports, which I sent to the email address which we had been corresponding. Mr. Reaves did reply via email on September 18th stating he would try to help me. Since then all of my emails have been returned as "expired" and NONE of my phone calls have been returned or acknowledged. If Mr. Reaves and/or Lee Bankruptcy changed their minds about assisting me, then WHY didn't they just let me know via letter, email, or phone call? In my desperate situation, this law firm gave me false hope by leading me to believe they would help me. Instead, they just ignored me and my many attempts to contact them.   I have lived at this apartment complex for about three years. I have had an awesome experience. The management is very nice. She listens and helps out when possible. I actually dreaded moving out. I got a new job, and have to move. I will definitely recommend this apartment to anybody.

  This funeral home made a mockery of my mom's funeral. The staff made no accommodation to ensure that her children and grandchildren were reserved seats near the front of the so-called chapel. Only her third husband and extensive family were seated at the front, leaving her children and only grandchild to find seats near the back. It was worse for the graveside service. Her children and only grandchild found standing room only. Make no mistake, my mother loved us and worshipped her only granddaughter. My mother would have expected the funeral home staff to be sensitive enough to the needs of broken families regardless of who was paying the bill. If her Alzheimers illness and subsequent deat weren't traumatic enough, that incompetent funeral home put the cherry on top. The cavernous glaringly artificial lit facility they call a chapel is insult to injury. It is cold and impersonal and contains the very cheapest of a fake stained glass window, which is disproportionately small for the wall in which it floats. The sound system on which they played a very poor, souless and brassy recording Amazing Grace - not much thought or care put into that - was frought with static. I strongly advise against taking your patronage to this farce of a funeral home. They are not equipped to deal with complicated family needs at the time in a family's life when they need it most.
